DGH Plumbing, Inc.

Dave Hadden started plumbing in Sonoma County in 1985.  After working for a local service company, he decided to join a large Residential Plumber in Sacramento, CA.  He earned his union apprenticeship during his time in Sacramento.  He was later recruited to manage a service plumbing company in Santa Rosa.

He earned his California Plumbing Contractors License in 1993.  He acquired and transitioned his business into Residential Building.  Dave grew his business DGH Plumbing, Inc. in California plumbing high-end custom homes in Napa, Sonoma and Marin Counties.  After marrying in 1995 and starting a family in 2000, He and Brandi decided they wanted a simpler life with their son, Justin.   In 2001 Dave started working for a national plumbing company in North Carolina.  He quickly earned his NC and SC plumbing licenses, and was eventually  promoted to a Field Supervisor and was the companies licensee.  In mid 2003, a few weeks after the arrival of their second son, Joshua;  Dave's employer began negotions for him to acquire their business.   Even though they were leaving the  Charlotte market they were obligated to satisfy their commitments to their clients in Charlotte, while continuing business with them in other states. 

 

DGH Plumbing, Inc grew during the building boom 2005-2009.  As the housing market declined, we were forced to adjust our business.  Down to 4 employees, Dave put his workboots back on and trudged through the economic mud pit to keep our doors open. 

Fortunately, business has increased and we have been able to bring back former and new employees.
