Jobsite Checklist

JOB-READY CHECKLIST

The following checklist is designed to help ensure that there are no costly delays. By referring to this handy checklist for each phase of work that DGH is responsible for, and using it to verify that a job is completely ready when we arrive, we can assure that your job will be completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. Note: Use the Printer Icon above to print a copy of this checklist.

Slab
□ Boxes or stem wall foundations are complete
□ Address / permit is posted
□ Port-A-Jon within 200’ (building code)
□ Saw pole (temporary power) available
□ Backfill is completed for stem wall foundations
□ Water meter is installed

Rough-In
□ Address/Permit posted
□ Roof sheathing is completed
□ Stairs and safety rails are installed
□ Garage floor is poured
□ Framing complete and punched
□ Insulation where needed behind any fiberglass units
□ Floors and walls at tubs/showers are level, square and sized correctly
□ Joists clear by 3” where toilet or tub drains will hit
□ Water meter is installed
□ Water heater location verified and marked if not on plan
□ All jobs are clean when we arrive
□ Framing for master bath tub platform is complete where applicable

Trim
□ Garage floor poured with water heater protection installed
□ Interior painting is complete
□ Dishwasher and/or disposal are on site
□ All tub and shower surrounds are installed
□ All bathroom floor coverings are installed
□ Kitchen countertops are finished and sink opening cut out or
undermount sink is installed
□ All bathroom lavatory tops are installed
□ Water meter is installed
□ Framing for master bath tub platform is complete where applicable
